PayPal can take up to 12 hours to process your transaction. Please only send support tickets if your PayPal payment has not been processed after 12 hours. If after this period your transaction still has not gone through, then let us know and include:

• Your PayPal Transaction ID
• Your PayPal Email Address
• Transaction Date & Time

and we'll make sure it's all sorted out. Thank you!

Envato does not provide support for individual Items/files.

• If the Item/file appears 'corrupt', try extracting with WinRAR (Win) or StuffIt (Mac).
• Contact the author directly on the individual Item page via the comments facility.
• Try messaging the forums about your issue.

If you believe you are a victim of copyright infringement, or have otherwise discovered an infringement on an Envato Marketplace, provide:

• a link to the Item sold on FlashDen or the relevant Envato Marketplace;
• a link to the Original Work;
• a brief description of the issue.

We will investigate, and take appropriate action if necessary.
