Exactly what I have been looking for. Something to quickly and simply display a portfolio of work. Nice and smooth and the file is very light.

One thing to note – the footer color isn’t set within the xml – but it’s no big deal to change within the .fla.

@kengreenwood Im glad you like it :) Actually the footer color IS setable within the xml. It is done via CSS styles though in case you want a different color/effect for html links.

BONUS ! I wanted to see if I could load a .swf instead of an image and I simply changed the xml from a .jpg to a .swf and wallah! It works.

Very nice.

@jackola – it’s all very straightforward either in the code – most of it is in the second frame of the first layer of the .fla file. If you change any of the .fla object sizes like the image, you just need to make sure you change and references to that objects size in that second frame.

First of all, great clean design… Thanx.

I’d just like to know if there’s a way to remove the link from specific images (within the xml file).

I’d like to keep the link functionality on some of my images just not others. I assume there’s a way to do this in the xml?

Hi there – can this slider link to external jpgs and text easily? I need my client to be able to update their portfolio when they want. Is it ok to have full pic as background of slide with transparent blocks with text laid on top, all linking to external files. regards Richard Grehan

Simple question, is there an easy way to resize this? It’s a little bit bigger than the site I’m trying to integrate it into. If not, no big deal, I can have it as a pop up.

Hi, as you can see when resizing the browser window, the components are realigning according to its size. Do you want to reduce the size of the center area itself? This can be done by editing the file manually.
