Flash 8 Flash File or higher.
Resizable animated slideshow with old movie effect and with external XML control.
Very easy to change in the XML file:
1. Number of images.
2. Duration of display of a image.
3. Number and the color of vertical lines.
4. Muximum image blur value.
5. URL (the current URL is my portfolio on the FlashDen.net).

I like it very much Is there a way to add sepia effect in flash, instead of making images to look like a sepia ? (i mean color images but look like sepia option, when played) And would love an option to play an mp3file too.

Hey Guys,

Quick question. Let’s say I want to put all the files in a folder called “swf_files”. Which document would I need to change so that I don’t get the “Attempt to load XML data failed.”

I know it’s a path problem but for the life of me I am not sure where I need to change it.

Thanks to anyone who can help!!!

allielopez, open old_movie_slideshow.fla file, open Actions panel and edit Line 5 (at the ‘Your settings’;)

Yeah, I already tried that. Didn’t work. I want to put all of the files (including the swf) into a folder called “swf_files” so the xml file is still in the same folder as the swf file.

I can see it when I test the movie but now when I test my html file.

allielopez, try full path (http://www.blahblahblah.com/swf_files/...)

Can I stop the lopping from the slideshow? And can I start another movie (.swf) when this slideshow ends? Sometimes I use this line:

loadmovie(“B.swf”;); on a certain

at the end of the timeframe but this time I cannot make it to start another movie after the slideshow is finished
