These are for those who appreciate smooth animations. I take my time with mini-animations & will be uploading more.
1.) There are 2 simple Buttons in the Flash file.
2.) Open the XMl File to customize the Text & the Image.
3.) Change the Tool Tip TITLES & DESCRIPTIONS to whatever you like.
There is an XML file for the image.
And, there are two XML & CSS files for the Titles & Description.

is it always the same size or different button could be different size of pic or more?

Yes, though it would require customization with in depth Flash knowledge.
You can however open the .fla and customize the image size, tip animation, tip color scheme, speed and more.
You simply need to make sure you change the size of the image loaded from the xml file to the same size of the “loader” movie clip in the .fla.
Hope this helps.

Is there a way to have different and seperate ToolTips for different buttons?

HEY ! thanks for the quick response.
I tried that and it still shows up with the original xml file. However, how would you point the mouse over funtion toward the new xml file?

It’s in the actions layer.
Look for where it says, “xml.load = tips.xml;” or something like that.

For the movie “tipclip” the first Action Layer is: startDrag(tip, true);
Stage.scaleMode = “noScale”;
“tip” being a movie clip from which var x is loaded with the paths to the .xml and .css files…
I have tried to adjust the paths in “x” to alternate xml files i created in the proper directories and still shows with the original Title, Text, and Photo.
Changing the name of “x” or creating an alternate movie “tip2” results in nothing for tool tip on the applied button.
Any other ideas?

Hi Flash Cart,
I sent you an email as well and figured I would try to post here.
first of all thank you for all the great files – i run a small web design company and your stuff is incredible!
I just purchased this file and I am trying to figure out WHERE and HOW in the actionscript to allow different buttons to call different XML files. I read a couple of tutorials, but since there is the additional xml files for titles and text being called, as well as images, I am not sure of how to go about it.
I figured out how to change the pop up bubble and so that is good to go. If you could help me figure out the basics of how to have different buttons call different sets of xml to produce a different pop up with several buttons, that would be marvelous and I promise I would always look to Flash Cart first for my files!! =)
Thanks in advance.

This files a mess, there’s no good reason title, description and image should be written in 3 SEPERATE xml files! THEN you need a different set of these 3 files for EACH instance of a button!
I purchase these types of files to save time, now I’m faced with scrapping it and moving on or getting in the FLA and doing it in a more manageable manner.

It was built as a first run for me at CSS & XML Draggable animated tooltips.

This file is rather worthless. It gives you only one tool tip. For more, you have to duplicate everything – symbols, xml files, folders, etc.
