Description & Features

The “XML driven Fullsceen Slideshow” shows the pictures and the description of that picture from XML file. It’s changing the size of the picture to keep it in the stage. If the picture is bigger than the stage it keeps it inside the stage, if the picture is smaller it keeps the size of the picture.

• You can add as many pictures as you want.
• You can change the time between the pictures.
• Fullscreen button

This is nice! How did you do the background? Duplicated a movieclip and applied a gradient on it? It looks really well. :)

One thing I would change though – could you make the hitTest for the pause/play, next/prev buttons to be a third of the image? So that I don’t have to try and click on them? It’s frustrating.

Other than that, I find it perfect. Well done! :)

About the background, I draw a square (stage size) and applied a gradient (my image).

This is really nice! I would like to purchase this, but would need to know if it is possible (and simple) to make two changes: I would like to not have the slideshow auto-playing, and would like to have the ‘next’ button displayed always. Is this easy to do? Thanks!

WOW this perfect for me, but I’d like to know 2 particular things:

- could it slideshow swf?

- you said “If the picture is bigger than the stage it keeps it inside the stage” you mean, like 2500×1500, the file gonna resize it? perfect!!!

Yep, if the picture is something like 2500×1500 it will resize it to keep inside the stage. I didn’t try with swf so I can’t tell you exactly.

It works with loadMovie, in this file I used loadClip :)

YEAH MAN !!! this filse is great!! Code very clear! I did this, I wrote in exl to load a swf and….it did it! without touch any AS! Thanks a lot again! My big problem was importing swf and resize pics too big! Cool!! :)

Hi agurghis, I’ve purchased this file and have a few questions: 1. How can I make the next/previous buttons always display? 2. I do not want the slideshow to autoplay … how can I turn this off? 3. I don’t need captions, so I deleted those from the xml file, but the slideshow reads “undefined” ... How can I remove the word “undefined” and have it show no caption at all?

hey, i only got one question, in one of my images the size is 533×800, and it fits on screen, that’s fine, but after that, comes an images of 800×533 and dont come that size, it gets smaller.

All the images were 800×533 and work very fine until appeared horizontal.

can you give me some tips… thanks.

Hi guys.

To markh. First of all I want to thank you for buying my file. 1. To make the next/prev buttons always display go into library and open the prev anim and next anim and change the alpha of the clip in frame 1 and 15. Now, the alpha is equal 0. 2. In main stage, on action layer (first one) delete lines 414 to 420, there are two functions that sets the timer. 3. Delete line 425 from actin layer //// 422 – function picture_num() { ... ... 425 – “bottom_panel.description_txt.htmlText = description[p];” ////

If you will still have problems, just me the file and I will fix it for you for free

very nice gallery ! but….

I purchased this gallery 3 days ago.

I had trouble that the image size is same size and is not larger(not increased) after fullopen bottun clicked, compare as Microsoft Internet Explorer not fullopened (general state ). The image as not fullopened is same size as fullopen state. But it is well decreased (smaller)when Microsoft Internet Explorer is resized to more smaller.

My favorite image size is most very large size, likely – 1600×1200, 1400×100, 1800×1100 pixcell, .... and my PC monitor resolution is 1920×1200.

help me !!

Your file is great … keep up the good work,

I have one question,

the comment bar below is not in the center of the stage … You can take a look at: http://www.graphicgrid.be/projecten/cirepa/ and click on the ‘klik voor de presentatie’ button.

i have already adjust the parameters of the moviecontainers ??? i is still not working.

i want the counter, arrow and description in the middle of my page ?

Yes thx, I have a last question … is it possible to let the images fade and dont get a white frame between them, so the fade perfectly in each other ? (The images are going to have the same size)

Nice job on the slideshow. I am considering buying it but I would like to know if:

+ the picture border can be set to any width + the picture border color can change depending on the picture + the background color can change depending on the picture

I’ve also noticed that if the browser windows is resized down, and then back up, the pictures do not rescale back up to full size. Can that be fixed?

i bought it and really like it. 1 problem thought.

when i load the swf 3 or 4 times after each other, the 4 of 5th time it does very strange things, it shows the photo before it fades in and then sudden its black, then again the photo, then the next photo, after that it resizes, black again, photo again, all in all, strange things happen.

Can you help me?
