Small personal flash website with the following sections: Welcome, News, About, Portfolio, Contacts. Others sections can be added from the xml menu (this mean you need to create the new sections by yourself).

Features:

Menu: data via xml, effects on mouse events via class file.

Pic of the day: data via xml, load a different image for each day of the week.

News: data via xml, load external images or external swf files, html text support inside the xml file using CDATA , scrollbar with mousewheel (mousewheel on win only).

About: same as News section.

Portfolio: load max 12 images/swf file, html text support same as News section. Images are masked, not need thumbnails.

Contacts: form mail with check via php file and the following fields: privacy statement, email subject, sender, email address, message.

CSS : css style support via external css file.

Validation: xhtml validated.

I am trying to change the page change transition from the slider to the pages fading out and then the new page fading in. I think Fuse is making it more confusing.

I figured it out finally. I just wanted a different page transition….I love this template though, great job! Very clean

Hi , greeting form France. Your template is very cool.

I only have one problem, and I’m sur you’re gonna have a solution. Everything is fine, except when I’m back from “contact” page, every accent are remplace by sign (iso). I put in “mail.php” everything for UTF8 , but after hours and hours, not found the solution. Here my stuff: http://www.latelierdugite.fr/ Go to contact and after surf on the site, you’ll see muy problem. can you help me ? Thank you. great job again.

Hello and thank you !

I founded a problem in your form: for unknown reason it’s impossible write inside the email field so I can’ test it, sorry.

Anyway I think you should resolve the problem using

utf8_encode($str);

where 

$str
represent the string to pass for each field.

Hey Albo,

I am having a problem when I try and resize the stage.  I want to resize the whole swf to 800x700 rather than 800x600.  But when I do it makes everything smaller.....I dont understand why it is doing that.  Thank you!

did you added some code by yourself to some .fla or .as files that include instrtucions referring to the Stage object ?

I actually just needed to change the coding in the HTML file.

I do have another question though….I want to use the portfolio page to display flv’s…...but I’m not sure how to get it so that each thumbnail is able to have video controls.
