Small XML news scroller, I used it on my portfolio site theaxart.com. Easy to update and comes very handy when you’re adding events often. Could be your band’s gig calendar as well. You can customize everything in flash file.

Add few
tags to the beginning and end of the ’.htmlText’ variable by default so that all the news is viewable. The fade cuts a bit of it off.

Great looking news scroller. Easy to use, text is edited easily in XML file, and easy to put into web page. You do need the breaks before and after your content so they don’t fade though.
