Its not xml, but yes you can load your images from an external folder.

Brilliant – exactly what I was looking for!

Just one question…when you reach the end of the slideshow, is it possible to make the NEXT button dissapear (and at the very beginning get the PREVIOUS button to dissapear).

I love this effect! One question though as I’m pretty useless with Flash, how would i be able to get rid of the ‘next’ and ‘previous’ buttons and just have the images cycling through each other continuously?
