What I just want is to simply have an rss feed on my site. rss feeds of news from yahoo or google. Can you just send me the correct code for that? Your instructions are not user friendly to be honest with you. I really love the work you have done thats why i purchased your file. But the only thing i need from you is support. Pls. have the courtesy to reply. And help us make this thing to work. Thank you. I want to buy some other files you are selling here.

As I’ve not had any response from you either as a comment or email regarding this file not reading any RSS feeds I give it. I decided to test it with the following feeds:

(default Yahoo! Top stories) – loads OK BBC News – doesn’t load Apple – doesn’t load NME – doesn’t load Google news – doesn’t load

Can you actually prove that this RSS reader works with anything other than Yahoo? if so, why do these major sites feeds not seem to work with your reader?

Hello usernel, I am sorry you find it hard to set it up, unfortunatelly I cannot return you the money since you haven’t bought it directly from me. Please, stop being angry and atleast shoiw me that you have tried configuring the news reader after the instructions I gave.

This week, support was a little off, because we had to configure and put the new Support forum for our components up and running. I’m only a single person handling the support at the moment, and it’s very hard to keep track of all the requests on all the components (there are alot of components if you check our portfolio), and serve every customer in a short period of time. I cannot configure the component for every buyer, you’ll have to try it yourself and give me as more details as you can when you encounter problems. All I’m asking is for you to be a little patient adn also atleast try configuring the news reader by following the instructions carefully.

@brainaideddesign Have you tested the file on a server that supports php ? Cause if you test it locally, it won’t work.

in order to resolve the issue pls send the whole to be attached on the .fla. . Place any news rss that works . And ill just paste it straight. I have tried several times already. I am very disappointed with this file. And im even more disappointed that I will have to go through this. and have to go to your forum site just to get support from you. Pls. do it here.

It took a while to wrap my head around this and get it to work, but that was due more to my own limited knowledge. Check the support forum and do exactly what it says—no more, no less—and you will get this to work.

Very easy to customize the assets and is very elegant in design. You really can’t go wrong with this file!
