but I would need them are you doing those files for you or for the people of flashden plus you would be the first to have them and without check box there is no multiple choice possible

I’d preferred to use one combo box instead of multiple check boxes because I would have users requested to have 2,4 or 5 ..etc.. boxes. Then the actionscript / .php file behind it would have to be modified as well. It wouldnt be as user friendly. I would get bombarded with emails asking for support. I would consider it more of a freelance project for such modifications. Thanks.

2fisch79: Even if I understand your reasons for no including them, there is a fact: A combo box can’t replace check boxes… It can only replace radio buttons.

I have downloaded your form, ftp it to my site, my server has php 5.0.4-10.5 , when I pull the site up and hit the button to pull the form nothing comes up, help I need this form, please, thank you greg

Is there a way I can change the display font… both for the Name, Email, etc… and the input text? I tried the direct route, but it seems to default to Arial.

kenet: Highlight the text boxes and descriptions and change the font on the properties menu (bottom) ... it should be simple.

Nice file, tested it by publishing the HTML for it and uploading it and works fine.

One slight problem i’m having… the drop down doesnt seem to work when the swf is loaded into a movie clip

The emptyMc where swfs are loaded into is called called “main_mc”.

I tried

main_mc.projectTxt.addItem(“Type of Project”, ””; but no joy.

text fields seem to work fine though. any ideas why?

I have just tried loading the swf via the loadMovie function, and drop down still doesnt work, but works perfectly stand alone.

arthur1022:: it looks as if there is a conflict.. You may need to apply the _lockroot property to the file. Documentation can be found HERE

luga:: Yes its all AS2 . I only tested this on a Linux server (not windows) ... It may have issues sending out mail on the windows side.

I have a big problem here.

Everything works just fint BUT the Display error message. I CAN ’t get it to place it self on af specific place on stage… everytime I resize my brwoser window – it re-places! What it the trick her? to place the errormessage excatly where you want it to be…
