That’s easy:

Open index.html with dreamweaver for example, and go to line 129:

var so = new SWFObject(“site.swf”, “webideias”, “100%”, “100%”, “9”, ”#242424”, true);

change color parameter (#242424) to your you want.

I bought and love this file. My problem is that I want to control the colors that are chosen for the links once they’re selected. I have been able to edit all of the other colors but that one.

Please advise.

Edit symbol 17 , layer 3 you will see all buttons of menu;

edit each button action with your colors…

hi,

very nice template but if i try to open any flash files with my flash 8 prof. version it says “unexpected file format” the only file i can open is the MC_tween file. Can you solve this please?

This is my first flash project so i think i will be asking some more questions if you don’t mind??

you should edit the Stage.as class, usually in this folder: :\Documents and Settings\your name\Local Settings\Application Data\Macromedia\Flash 8\en\Configuration\Classes\FP8\ Stage.as

change to:

static var width:Number; static var height:Number; static var scaleMode:String; static var align:String; static var showMenu:Boolean;

static var displayState:String;

static function addListener(listener:Object):Void; static function removeListener(listener:Object):Void; function onResize():Void;

  • function onFullScreen(bFull:Boolean):Void;*

Is it possible to add a couple more buttons to the main interface? what is actually preloaded ? Are the external swf’s included in the preLoad? I like the site but it performs a bit choppy. You said it is AS2 ? if yes have you got an AS3 version? I need to add a lot of content. thanks

yes it’s possible add more buttons and external swf’s are included in the preloader… and yes looks choppy here. No AS3 , sorry.

Maybe you are interested in take a look on my other versions, driven by XML and very easy to costumize:

Hi Jorge…

I have questions before to purchase one of yours to be sure to get what I am looking for :

1) is it possible to have both horizontal menus (top and bottom) with transparency instead off black color in deep ??

2) is possible when you click on one of the main menu’s buttons that the background image change ?? except for the galleries sure…

3) Top menu and Bottom menu… is it possible to have choice or to be always on screen, or to be hoovering on mouseover for the both.

4) is there a way we could add/delete/modify a logo on top or bottom through the .fla ??

Finally can I add mp3 and flv players as additional modules or additional pages on the main menu ??

..like the purple/pink and the blue and green.. I checked symbol 17 , layer 3 but maybe I’m missing something? mike@flukemedialabs.com
