Cool, but how is someone supposed to get 346mb into a flash site, without making the user of it wait for about an hour or so?
Can you shrink it down?

Yes, that should be hard to wait hour and half for loading website 
Flash 8 and up comes with utility Flash Video Encoder, with this you can compress video to .FLV file, this should have about 2-3 MB.
Other way is that I could make for you H264 MOV file, which also should have around 3 MB, if you will purchase the file.
Im not offering the compressed files here, because in with full quality they are ready for video editing in broadcast quality..
