FAQ: HOW TO OPEN EXTERNAL LINKS ?

1. Add links tag in XML , so it looks like: http://pastie.org/288525

2. Open PPGallery.as, in ParseGallery() function insert this code inside the for loop:

items[i].link = data.items.item.link.attributes()[i];
3. Delete all existing code in OpenItem() function and place this new code: 
navigateToURL(new URLRequest(items[currentItem].link),"_blank");

Hello, I followed all the instructions in your manual, but I can not run the files, I copied MyLibs3b folder to Adobe Flash CS3 folder and after I opened Flash – Edit – Preference – Actionscript – Actionscript3 Setting – and I added a new class path and browse to MyLibs3b, I also installed papervision 3d but nothing…can you halp me??? can you send me more more information on the installation process??? thanks

I would like to buy your PERSPECTIVE MEDIA GALLERY (or 3D Multimedia Studio V1) but my project is in AS2 . Do you have AS2 version too? Or , is there any “AS bridge” to use AS3 components with AS2 project?

Hi, i have sound in my swf files. When i click on “open” the sound plays, but it dont`t stop if i close this and get back to the overview. How can i fix it? Any ideas?

I have bought “Perspective Media Gallery” recently. I have added some text in the FLA file and export but Flash animation does not work once I changed the file.

Before I purchase this I want to know if there is any way to automate the importing of new galleries. or must I manually build/update an xml file each time I want to create a gallery/add new album. In other words is this gallery suitable for …

1. many albums in a gallery, 2. Lots of photos in one gallery 3. constant updating of gallery with new albums

@joebloggz : the file wasn’t built to auto update photo, you’ll have to create new XML file for new photos.

For category and multi photo you may want to check out Advanced Wall 3D

Love this file RimV! I bought already three other files of yours.

I am definitely looking to by this great file. Here is my request: is it possible to have the Perspective Photo Gallery Video working the following way, steps below:

1) Clicking on the selected enlarged image opens a video player. Now it is either inactive or is moving the enlarhed image back.

2) There should be a button on the video player bar for a full screen option.

3) It would be great if on mouse over the video player screen area the (X) mark would pop up for closing the player and “More” or something like that for the url link to another page/browser.

4) Clicking anyplace on the black area would close the video player navigating user to the beginning of the file.

I believe my site’s visitors would benefit from these tweaks streamlining the navigation and preserving the fabulous visuals of the file at the same time.

I am certainly not a big fan of this small text with “More” link at the bottom of the page. Is there a way to reposition it? Frankly, I would eliminate it. I would prefer something more intuitive, ergonomic :) To be as smooth as driving a car :)

@sunrise1982: open .as file, look for openEffect() function and reduce the time variable in action object
