Thanks very nice work… i would like to know if there’s a way that can change the news by itselft like a slideshow using a timer for each news .

That would be great. XD

@Loritia: currently there’s no such feature, but you might want to get in contact for custom work if you really need this done. :p

I’m having trouble with the image paths. I am loading the news.swf externally from a main.swf.

The image “imac.jpg” which I have set in settings.xml to “deploy/imac.jpg” loads fine initially. but when I click the next news box and go back to the first one it does not load again.

please advise

Hi again, I’m still having trouble loading this in as an external .swf I got everything to work, now the main image that you load in ‘mcNews.imageControl’ will not load.

please advise.

DOH ! got it to work. for some reason in Actions.as line 152 you set the alpha to the mcNews.imageControl to 0.

everything is working correctly now.

@hasta: you can change the text in the XML .

@at: you receive all the source files, so you should be able to modify the file as you need.
