Well… a small application based on a PHP script to display your IP address… I know that you might know your IP… But still its fun looking at your own IP on a web page…isn’t it???...

@rajkataria: I use crossdomain.xml file to connect to a PHP file hosted on another domain.
@Gordita: Even I was wondering what people will use this for… Made it just for fun…
it could be an extra security feature, capture a users IP address when they post on your site, u can then use that to find their location etc

Exactly what FlashJunkie states – you can translate an IP address in to a physical location… so a great use for this type of script is tracking where in the world your website visitors are from. Doesn’t necessarily have to be embeded in Flash though! But there are legitimate uses for this.
