This is a 1024 px x 550 px .flv video file embedded in a .fla / .swf file so it is all ready to be used/manipulated as needed. Can be dropped into any of your movies and resized or masked accordingly. Super-easy to copy/use, and even includes instructions how to change and tweak the color of the water.
The FlashDen logo does not appear in the purchased version, obviously. 
You can use this file/effect to create cool intros, Web site headers, and much, much more!
