Thanks for that, 1 question, how do I stop a flv file from stretching to fit the player width and size, that is, I am using 480×360, but the flv was done in 400×340, how do I stop it from re-sizing in the window???

You can do that in your .fla file, it’s very easy.

Another thing I’ve found in my published player (and the one that MendezMedia mentioned in another post http://www.mendezmedia.com/wp/ cited as another example) is that if I click the speaker icon to mute the audio and then click it again to unmute, the actual sound level is too high on the return. The position of the volume indicator (the visual) is correct, but the actual sound coming from the speakers is too loud. Any ideas? Please advise, and thanks.

hello, i’m trying to add in

Security.loadPolicyFile() and System.security.allowDomain()

for pulling in flv from different isp. however, when i run a test, your flash errors out:

error: 1119: Access of possibly undefined property security through a reference with static type Class.

how can i correct this error?

How can i resize the thumbnails… i like to be 80×50

I try to make changes in the .fla file but in the final result the thumbnail (jpg) its still 50×50. And i fix the size of my jpg thumbnail.

So how can i resize the thumbnails to be 80×50??
