Is there any way to have the images load at full brightness, but on rollover all the un-selected images dim?

@essentl: Well if you undestand how the effect (used ZigoEngine tweening) work then you can make the full brightness at beginning, see the code with comment for more detail

@PeterPap: You can decrease the size of bWidth / bHeight variable, all the thumbnail will auto decrease in size

I think this is a wonderful, clean and simple gallery that is elegant. It is not too flashy and even though people get captivated by the 3D walls, etc., this gallery I feel offers a more sophisticated and classy way to display one’s work. This is a great design and I am very happy with it. Just have to go through all the files to make sure I know how it works.

Hi Everytime i make a change and then export the movie it doesnt work. When i run the newly exported movie and click on a thumbnail it freezes. Even if i export the movie with no changes made it does the same.

I must be doing something wrong but cant see what.

All i do is load the .fla and .as file then choose export movie and leave everything as default.

Any ideas?

This looks like a perfect way for me to display project photos on my web site. Could you tell me if I can place this in a layer in Dreamweaver? I purchased a Graaavy Slider flash gallery but it will not run in Windows Internet Explorer. I have checked it with several people. The Author will not help me figure this out & just tells me it should work. I am concerned that your grid gallery may not run in IE. Have you ever had any users report problems with IE?

Great file. How though can I change the x y coord of the of the expanded image. For example make it appear on the very right or left.

Got a question, ive looked the script and havent been able to figure out the positioning of the description. Im wanting to move it so that it will display on the left or right side. I see where the code is for the description box but dont know what to change. But besides that great file and everything. Very easy to change things around. Thanks

How do you change the total width of the flash file from 800 pixels. I need the whole movie to be more narrow. I attempted to change the flash/swf document width with no success.

RimV – when i was looking at gallery you noticed one thing that grid lines are blurry .. is there any way to fix this issue .. did you notice that?

I am trying to change the .as file to handle only 9 images. I have set the column at 3 and the rows at 3 . is there another parameter that I am missing? It still shows the full grid. Thank you for your help.

I have a question… It is possible to make this file Fullscreen? I mean… if you resize your browser it will fill with pictures with no blank spaces like the example. Something like http://www.thefwa.net but obviously without the cheese, something like a cover everything grid.

problem with firefox on mac. nice work, but when i load the gallery in firefox (running on mac) only a part of the gallery appears in the upper feft corner. when i refresh the page several times the gallery appears right then.

Hey Excellent work. It is easy to resize, to add or take away effects, I only want to know, is it possibile to have a link when pressed on small image. In the XML file you have links on urls… Keep up the good work!!
