Looks like the other two files that do the same thing on FD here.
Nah. There’s more of a blur on this one.

A very simple glowing effect made with one circle, one blend mode, one blur filter, and some actionscript lines.
You can specify the size(area) of the effect, and also you can play with the colors. You can choose random colors, or colors from only one pallete, or the same color, whatever you want. You can change the speed, size, number of circles, etc.. You can use this effect as a full background, or as a small part from your flash website.
To use, just drag & drop to your stage, then modify the properties. Code is highly commented. This file has only 795 bytes !!!

yes i know..before i uploaded this file i looked for those file because i remember one of those files(it was fullscreen and you could change the blend modes). So because i didn’t find those file any longer i decided to upload this
Best two out of three. I win. So, um… I thought the same thing.

Yes that’s the effect.
but this is slightly different than that..anyway …
yes you can…you just have to know a little bit about colors (RG
and very little(basic) actionscript(all code is explained)
Sweet!! I really like this. Thanks a lot!! You can’t beat the randomized stuff! heh! Too kool!

Hi flasher3015. I was wondering what if I want to use this on a white background? Which line[s] of code do I need to tweak? Thanks a bunch. I’m gonna look into it and see what I can find!

Hey Flasher, great file. One thing though. I’m messing around with the script (maybe a bit too much) and I get this big white pixel block in the middle. Any idea how I can lose this?
