I’ve been gone for a while but check out with what I’m coming back to you guys! A Full XML driven Website!!! What about that? ;)

hi quicky,

good job, here is the my problem; swf files don’t work after publish, for example when i do cmd+enter to project4.fla, project4.swf’s stuff don’t work! buttons etc.

soo what do you suggest?

@cihanyilmaz: Swf’s don’t work individually because as long as they were loaded inside the template, paths were changed. In order for them to make individually, you should change paths inside the AS to the xml, and inside the xmls to the files(if the case). Or, you make modifications, save – publish, you ignore that nothing happens and you test them inside the template (there you will see the changes).

@fasoladas: The menu was buildt this way: if there are 3 main menu items, then if in the submenu you got 5 items, down and up buttons will appear. If you want 5 submenu items without up/down arrows, then you should have 5 main menu items… I am sorry. That’s the way it is. I should make an update or just make an AS3 version of this file…

@ermannaro: Nope, it is not possible directly. Someone else asked me the same thing and we’ve had the following solution: You make an external swf file that opens an external link – and from the menu, you load that external swf. You can write something like “please check your new opened tab” on that external swf.

As for the identity module with the “destination locked” issue, go to File>Publish settings and fix the destination folder to your new one…

Also, the flv background doesn’t loop. I’ve lost the FLA to that player and I’m too lazy to build another one. :) I would rather start another template.

May I suggest that there is a modification made to the template that uses a rollover button via xml for the menu this would stop the problems that I am having with this sit www.ninasglassware.com.

I am trying to find a way of making the rollover via xml works, do you know of this solution and how to make it work?

The problem I am having has been mentioned by many people so I think you would keep your fans happy!

Hello Quickboy.

I have a problem in your index.fla!

When i click on PROJECTS button appear in submenu Websites, identity/print and multimedia. If i put more buttons here(the more and less buttons appears, right?) and click on Websites, when i click back_btn the buttons more_btn an less_btn don’t appear!!!

Please, help me!
