I can’t tell you how happy I am with this player. I was AMAZED at how many USELESS players there are out there with either too much redundant visual trimmings or not enough of the things I would have thought were essential in a player.

This is clean and simple and best of all it seems to be rock solid – once cached, the scrubbing back and forth is excellent.

Thanks, also, for making the code accessible not hidden in a traditional component. Anyone with a bit of AS skills may learn something from your efforts! I know I wil!!

I was wondering, how do you take off the border? I want my flv to play without any borders. Is that possible?

Great file but I have the same problem as forrestwebber I apply your method _global.PLAYER.closeFLV(); and the sound cut

BUT when I want to unload my clip or go to another frame, I always get “Error: A ‘with’ action failed because the specified object did not exist.” hundreds of times in my output panel

I think the Flash engine is runing in background

any ideas to resolve this ? polo
