Photo gallery which use photos from a user account on Flickr.com

All this gallery does have: - Show a total of 50 photos (no more than 50) - Easy settings customization (into FlickrGallery.as from line 4 to 16) - Preloader in numbers (like 100%) in background - Embed Font in Flash (font included into fonts folder) - Alpha Animations for photo container - Go to Flickr user page (button which show the name and location)

All this gallery doesn’t have: - Don’t show more than 50 photos - Don’t have pagination between flickr user pages - Don’t search photos, just show a Flickr user page - Don’t have relocation on stage resize and isn’t fullscreen - Photos sizes are the “Medium” flickr size (can’t change this)

I wish you could make an easier way for one to change the flickr user. I would update the file right away. :)

For those iphone people out there you can just take pics with your iPhone then email them to flickr then have this slideshow display your images!

So once I set it up and upload images on flickr after that, it should show up automatically or do I still have to plug in the url’s into an xml?

coupdegrace: after you upload images on flickr and you open the gallery the new images are going to be into the gallery. This image gallery don’t use XML file, use a Flickr API which make the call to your Flickr user page.

In the actionscript file you can change the userid to change the user page (userid is something like this string: ”>12473318@N05)

If I have different sets and/or collections in flickr how can I define the exact collection or set to upload? What happens if the collection has more than 50 pics? does in only upload the first ones or does in not display any?

bloocheaze, read the instructions please… You must to change the user id in the .as file, then open the .fla file and test it (compile it again), then it will work.

Can’t get this to work after entering my flickr user id. I run a check on the .as file and it reports 7 errors. Any help?

No specific sets are allowed.
