I put another swf file folder inside the external swf loader folder. The name of the folder is TEST and so I changed the code on the button in the FLA file to:

on (release) { if(this._parent.Loader == Number(this._parent.Loader)){ loadMovieNum(“test/HScroller.swf”,this._parent.Loader); } else { this._parent.Loader.loadMovie(“test/HScroller.swf”; } }

Got XML load error: Unable to load/parse XML . Error opening URL ‘file:///F|/Software/Software%20%2D%20Flashden.com/HorizontalScroller/data.xml’

What should I do? Too messy putting all the files of other swf’s in with another…..you’d need a traffic system to keep track of whats what.

swf preloader can be applied to any flash button? swf preloader show the % loaded?

It’s swf loader.You can attach it to any flash button yeah.So it loads other swf files into one main file.Preloader is the one that shows % loaded.

Hello, I’ve got a project requiring external swf’s to load, and only when they’ve finished loading play an animation on the parent timeline to wipe out and wipe in the loaded swf’s. This goes on and loops. Would this file be the one for me?

Hello davog.On this file,each external swf loads separately.I haven’t used a code that pre-loads them all,and then starts playing.But if you know how to modify it,then it shouldn’t be a problem.Feel free to email me for further discussion about it.
