Description:

This is a custom accordion content viewer. In this example I demonstrate you how to load different content types. In this case I load swf files in ActionScript 2.0, ActionScript 3.0 and images. Every content is preloaded seperate and displayed when all the content is loaded completely. I have made a little change. If the info text is empty in the xml file no info box will apear in the corresponting content window. The labels of the activated content will not fade out but remain in a semi transparent color. It would be easy to change that in the xml settings.

It works but I think flashdan forgot the xml file or the images …

I will see if I can update file

please check your image folder name. note the Capitalization and lowercase. I have same problem before.

It should be fixed now. Please make sure you don’t upload jpg files with the extension in upper case.

Yes this was the problem, I had some pictures with JPG file extension,

the description box is a little bid weird..it took me some time to realize that you need to keep the mouse over it, in order for it to stay there.

in the drop down there is no linmit, all categories can be added in the mxl file

I am trying to re size it from the demo and it is not working too well, I am trying to make it 744×150 any suggestions?

Of course to resize the Accordion you have to change the ActionScript code as well … should I help you ??
