A very nice tooltip semi-dynamic adjusteble tooltip. Looks real nice and follows the mouse position with an ease.

It does not support xml or any other external files, not sure why he’s calling this dynamic, it’s very misleading. All editing is done in the actions panel.

How do lock the movement… say ‘onRollOver = lock mover’ with the ‘movieClip’ you are mouse following?
