Hi there~ I’ve been working with this file for a really long time, trying to get it to work. I’ve even re downloaded several times. I’ve even gotten really basic and uploaded yours, the way it is, and still nothing. I have a php supported server. Go to my test page and check it, maybe you can tell me what the h#$% is happening? This test page version, this is what i did…..
changed publish settings to default, changed the address to my address, uploaded all on same directory, and still nothing. you will see the error I get. “UNKNOWN ERROR . MESSAGE COULD NOT BE …..”

hello, im also having a few problems, ive completed all the main steps, but when try to send mail from my site, the form says it send successfully… however no email has arrived.
when i call the php script i get this error Notice: Undefined index: sender in e:\domains\a\aj-photographic.co.uk\user\htdocs\mail.php on line 3 &email=false
im currently with streamline.net, they explain they filter outbound email to ensure each message is sent from or to a StreamlineNet-hosted email address. is this something to do with why i can send mail from my site?
more information can be found here http://www.streamlinesupport.net/index.php?page=show&id=145
please get back to me asap

I tried emailing you but no response. I keep receiving the error message

Hey Ruben I just wanted to thank you for this perfect working file! I too was having a problem getting this to work at first, So this is what I did and this should help you out “WDUB28” for those of you with godaddy, I think by default they host you on windows unless you tell them you want Linux. These were the steps I took to change from windows to linux platform.
Sign in godaddy, go to your account. Under “My products” click on hosting.. then in the middle under hosting account, click on your domain name. Now on the right of the screen will be your account details.. under “select new plans” choose Linux “Its the same price” go to the bottom of the page click continue and save your settings.. Its says it can take up to 24 hours to change platforms, it took me about 6 hours. Once thats done.. you’re on Linux everything should work fine just follow Rubens easy instructions. You might want to check to make sure your settings are set to PHP4 .x To do this… Under “My products” click on hosting.. then in the middle under control panel click on “manage account”.. it will open a new page.. on the top where it says “content”, click on “languages” and make sure PHP4 .x is checked. Well this is what worked for me, hope it will help some of you Godaddy guys. John
