Create a realistic bubble effect on you flash projects (reacting on mousemovement, this can be changed to suit your needs). All scripted, and uses library items. All bubble variables are yours to change the way you like (amount of bubbles, mousespeed, bubblescaling, bubblelifetime, ...)
