you can embed these Buttons as Flash File in your Html pages and define an action by pressing it, like open a new Page or somthing like this.

rraffo, these buttons images are the render of a 3D file in high quality, you can change the color for example in photoshop by changing the color but there will be no guarantee about the result quality, color can be change in 3D file and render again but it cost you extra.
about AS3 i should say that i still work with Flash8, sorry
