I’m sort of in that same situation right now with one of my files. There are a few thins wrong with the preview posted here (one of the issues was my fault… I accidentally used uppercase file extensions on a couple external .jpgs… which ends up as a broken link) but, there are also fonts not showing up, making me believe that they posted the swf that they published when checking my file and didn’t have the font I was using.
My solution at the moment was to put a link on that files page that linked to a preview located on my own site, so while the new preview file is stuck in the queue, hopefully people will check out the link to my site.
