I’ve tried a lot, but cannot fix the problem of german umlaut ä,ö,ü for example in an xml file

maybe the fonts you are using don’t have those characters?

could be a solution, that’s the only thing I din’t checked. Will do and post the result.

solution was to look inside the fla.

there the author forgot to embed all characters. Only normal and not latin charakters were embedded. Add the Latin Character sets and it works.
