i dont think u will find much sucess with such a small budget, u should allow developers to quote you rather than tell them what u will pay them.

However i may be wrong and someone may help you.

It’s funny, but usually people tend to believe we actually work for the price a file is sold on FlashDen. They don’t make the math like this though:

20$ * 900 / 2. :)

wel lorojose to give you an idea of some prices, the company where i work ask between 90 and 140 euro for every hour lets say i work a day on a banner like that (8 hour) that will be around the 800 euro’s …

That’s a pretty sweet banner… but, I’ll have to agree with everyone else. The price you pay for a file here on FlashDen does not compare to what you’ll most likely have to pay contract/freelance job. So, either you’ll have to raise your budget significantly, or be a little more flexible with your needs and find a file already here on FlashDen.
