LOOKING TO HIRE FLASH FREELANCERS...

Hello Flashden Community,

I’ve hired some flash freelancers through Flashden before, and I have been very pleased. Because they were very good, they are not always available.

I need to broaden my pool of available talent. I have flash projects come up frequently, sometimes many at once. Right now I have 2 intros that I need done, 1 flash website, maybe 2 or more flash sites on top of that, and I have a CD presentation in my queue as well.

I am expecting a lot more work to show up soon as it tends to get very busy starting in September all the way through January.

I am looking for the following skills:

1) Building full websites with flash: We would generally design the site, but if you can design that is a bonus. Most sites will probably require some XML and intermediate to advanced ActionScript. Full-browser/screen flash is popular right now, and dynamic content and transitions are as well.

2) Intros: This is wide open. I get intro-type projects all the time and I need people who have all types of different styles. I might need timeline or programing based animators, it depends on the needs of the project.

3) Banners: I need people who specialize in creating banners with snappy animation, and who can adhere to a spec. I’m looking for someone who produce them efficiently and at different sizes.

4) CD-ROM presentations and desktop-based flash, as well as games.

5) If you are strong in HTML and CSS , wordpress, PHP , any kind of web-based scripting, I’d like to talk to you.

I really have needs for all types of flash, so please get in touch with me and let me know what you do, what your availability is, and what your rates are. I’d like to see your portfolio/examples of work you have completed yourself.

I am very honest and straightforward. I pay on time, and I never abuse freelancers because I know what it is like to be a freelancer. I expect the people I work with to be equally honest in regard to the time they can devote to a project I hire them for, the amount of time/cost of a project, etc.

I need people who code clearly and comment their code so another competent flash freelancer can pick up their work if need be.

Like I mentioned above, I have a couple of projects I need staffed immediately, and there is about to be a lot more.
