But I don’t think the Venus project would work. There will still be a police needed (not all humans are good), there will still be an industry and people that should work to keep the machines working (assuming that we get that far, as to where the machines will replace the humans), etc.
And as far as competition goes, you cannot eliminate that. How would one recompense a child that did his homework, in front of a child that didn’t?
I’ve seen the movie two days ago and thought about it a bit. I’m scared of what will come frankly. With this economic meltdown it makes you think we’re at the beginning of the end.

With very few exceptions, nearly every crime i can possibly think about has a direct or indirect relationship through cause and effect, with the monetary system.
For example, rape doesnt necassarily seem to be motivated by money, yet it is widely believed that the three emotions behind rape, are anger, power and sadism.
It doesnt take a genius to figure out how to trace the line back.

There will still be professions, but they will be the technicians, tasked with furthing knowledge of technology and knowledge of the symbiotic nature of the universe. (a butterfly flaps it wings… )
I dont think we can expect for 90% of humans to do no work, rather everyone worked but for only 10% of the time we do currently, and the jobs that need addressing, our technical maintenance and the furthering of our knowledge.

I think of this one, u are trying to judge the future based on the rules of the present and the past. Which we know to be subjective, and envoloped in perpetual change.
Why wouldnt all work be homework?
And as far as competition, we are all one, how do you compete against yourself.
Take away the money, and it will bring great togetherness. No need to fight for what we need, or want.

Or just the beginning of something new, which by conditioning is something your not so sure about, change instills fear.
Being wrong is good, enjoy it.
