hello

I’ve just opened a account in moneybooker to a pay to a freelancer.

I did that two days ago. I upload funds, then I tried to send the money but moneybooker ask me to send them a scanned copy of my passport and a proof of address before I can SEND or WITHDRAW any money.

So I send that information to them.
  • I didn’t hear from moneybooker yet. It’d be very appropiated to recieve AT LEAST an automatic email, just to let me know they have recieve the docs i sent them.
  • And, if I can not make any transaction before I send them copies of passport and address proof WHY they allowed me to upload funds, just to keep my money
  • so now, I can’t send the money nor withdraw my money?

I don’t know what to do, any advise?

The name of it should have been moneybookers not moneybooker. As far as I remember, before uploading founds they did the account/address verification (they send you the letter and some money to your account). So maybe you logged in on the wrong website?

I logged in the right site: moneybookers.com

it was my typing mistake

Ask support from the site, if they don’t answer, try givin them those infos.

I sent they copies of my passaport and proof of address. Their support it’s a lame.

It’s been 3 day since I upload the funds. I can’t send nor withdraw the money.

Now, all I want is to take back my money. I’ll never trust in moneybookers again.

Hello Sorry to leave this message here (again) but I don’t know what to do. (and I opened the moneybookers account to pay a flashdenn freelancer)

i need advise to deal with moneybookers.

They have been locked my account and therefore my money for a while. I neve did any trasaction (nor sending , nor withdrawals).

They asked me for documentations, for them the problems is that I have provided an Argentinian passport and a Spanish bank account statement and this docs shows differents nationalities. That’s all, they told me that this is UNACCEPTABLE for their policy.

I can’t close my account with them, I can’t withdraw my money nor send it. I feel stolen for this company, What can I do.
