FLASH PLAYER LIKE YOUTUBE

I am looking for a flash player like youtube. I want to be able to add a water mark with our logo that will pull from my server, that I can change by just putting in a new logo, a starter image like youtube from an image capture done when the video is uploaded, and be able to place a list of videos after the current video is played.

I would also like the person to be sent to our site when they click on the logo, and well as be able to place a button (link) they can click on after the video is played below the listing.

it needs to be able to be played from a link that can be gotten from youtube just like this

Does anyone have somthing like this? doesn’t have to be exactly like youtube, but must be able to be enbedded into other sites just like youtube.

I am looking for the same thing. A player with code to allow the user to cut and copy to embed in their site.
