I gave some simple CS4 example at the past.(you can look in Flash Discussion)

The only majored deference in CS4 is the 3D animation the timeline and the face of CS4 is much more friendly but basically you can do it in CS3 with scripting those who mastering animation will love CS4 .

I’m still waiting for my CS4 download to appear! I ordered it quite some time ago, and it said it would be available today… Still no love from Adobe, though.

If the bboy animation stops, you can click it so it will start again.
