user feature: - ability to see live stream (from admin) - player must have (pause button, volume control, refresh button, full screen button, and time label) - must read data from xml file
admin feature - can start/end stream at any time (by pressing the enable/disable stream button) - can save video while streaming - have a refresh button to sync the webcam - have a full screen button.
