Please tell me this is fixable! 
Purchased a great template from here.. I actually was ALMOST finished with my website before I noticed there was a problem. I made a sample of the site to show you.
On a couple of the pages, I added a scrollbar.. It looks great and fits perfectly. I must have a scrollbar because I need to add a lot more text than what would be available with out one.. Anyway. everything worked fine until….
I started checking the links at the top of the page.. I can easily transfer between one page and the next to the ones without a scrollbar, but the minute I get to a page with a scollbar, if I try and click out using one of the links at the top, it doesn’t work. The scrollbar is the ONLY thing i have done differently to those pages.
Check this out—- Both “Home” and “Family” don’t have a scrollbar. You can easily click back and forth between the two with NO problems.
But the minute you click on “About Us” or “Friends” and try and click out of those, it doesn’t let you because those pages have a scrollbar.

Please help! How do I fix this? The way I put in the scrollbar was Windows->Components—->UIScrollbar and I dragged it over to ths box (and it’s in the library).
ANy help would be GREATLY appreciated.
