_SELF IN XML

Hi, This is probably a very simple question to you guys, but it is causing me to take pills :-) I have purchased d-menu and I am trying to get the links to open in the same window. currently the link opens in a new window, ie (from menu.xml) GALLERY gallery.htm

Could anyone please advise where I would add “_self” in the above xml?

this would likely have to be set in the actionscript getURL code and not the xml
